Junior Premier League

Wiltshire Football Academy teams regularly play in the Junior Premier League. This allows our players to compete against high-level opposition, developing their potential even further.

Our JPL philosophy

Playing in the JPL, our primary aim and responsibility is to develop our young players. This means allowing them to play without the fear of making mistakes, and encouraging them to discover their own talents and style. Sometimes, this may come at the cost of winning matches, but it’s a philosophy that we believe in, and is something that has helped our players progress and develop. We’re proud that this philosophy continues to see a steady stream of our players signing for professional academies over the years (see below).

New Players

We are continually on the lookout for talented players who wish to play at a high level with excellent support. We are also looking to attract high quality U6-U8 players who will go on to form our new U9’s team each season.

JPL Manager/Coach Vacancies

Wiltshire Football Academy is always on the lookout for experienced managers/coaches to become involved in our JPL programme. We’re looking for enthusiastic FA Lev 2 (minimum) coaches, who have a desire to develop young football players, in a fantastic, proven environment.
